How to delete your account

• We cannot delete your account for you. If you think about it anyone could ask for an account to be deleted and we would not know if it is a genuine request. To delete your account simply login and select the 'delete account' option from the setting menu.

When you delete your account all information is automatically removed, this includes pictures, messages, profile information and account details.

Password and login problems

We have a dedicated support page that covers all login and password problems. The majority of issues are caused by spam filters on free email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail etc.

Is my profile censored as to what I can include?

For your own safety you cannot include your email address, phone numbers or URLs to other sites in your profile. You also cannot solicit for business and it cannot contain adverts. This policy is discretionary and we reserve the right to delete any profile that we see fit to.
